Callbook Pro – privacy
Blaze Squad Ltd · last updated 7 October 2026
Who we are
Callbook Pro is a booking tool provided by Blaze Squad Ltd. It lets people who visit customers at home (cleaners, trades, walkers, therapists and others) take bookings, and lets customers find and book them. Contact: mb@blazesquad.co.uk.
Who is responsible for what
Blaze Squad Ltd is responsible for your Callbook Pro account (your sign-in email and your acceptance of our terms). Each business you book with is responsible for the details you give it — your contact details, address, answers to its questions, documents and bookings — and uses them to provide its service.
What we hold
- Your email address, to send you sign-in codes.
- For customers: your name, contact details, address, answers to a business's questions, documents you add, and your bookings. A business sees these only once you join it or book with it.
- For businesses: business details, bank details you choose to show your customers, your menu and prices, your declaration and insurance details, and your customers' records.
We do not take card payments: customers pay businesses directly by bank transfer. A business with more than 10 customers pays us by direct debit through GoCardless, which holds the bank details for that direct debit; we keep only its reference. We do not use advertising or tracking.
Booking emails are written by the app and sent from your own mail program and your own email address. If you connect your mailbox so the app can show replies, your mailbox password is kept only on your own device and is never sent to us.
Where it is stored
Account and booking records are stored with Supabase in London (UK). The web app is served by Cloudflare. Sign-in code emails are sent by Resend from its EU (Ireland) region.
How long we keep it
You can delete your account at any time in the app, from My account, or by emailing us.
- An account not used for six months is deleted, unless its business is paying for a plan. We email a warning 30 days before; signing in keeps the account.
- Deleting a business's account deletes the business and everything in it: its customers, bookings, documents and files.
- Deleting a customer's account deletes their sign-in. Each business they booked keeps its record of their bookings until six years after their last booking with it, when we delete it. Businesses keep their own copies of any records the law requires them to keep for longer.
- Files with nothing pointing to them, and sign-ups never completed within seven days, are removed automatically every night.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used. Email mb@blazesquad.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
